Puerto Plata is a province of the Dominican Republic, the most important city on the north coast of the country. It is also the only city in the Dominican Republic where a large percentage of its population uses English as a second language both to communicate and to use it in the workplace, one of the cities with the highest tourist flow in the country, which awaits you with open arms.
